Healthy staff, successful business
As all successful business leaders know wellbeing is a business-critical issue. However, a UK government report shows that 15.4 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2017/18. How are you addressing this imbalance?
Staff absence due to poor mental health poses a major business continuity risk to your company. It can have a damaging effect on the service you provide to your customers, with the potential to negatively impact both your reputation and your bottom line.

"I was looking for support to help me address a number of issues but I now realise that fundamentally most of them stemmed from a work/life imbalance.
I came across Lynda and was intrigued by the idea of the RTT process. You have to approach it with an open mind, but for me, it has been the starting point of some big life changes. I'd taken on a management role within an organisation two years ago and was struggling with work load, giving everything to the job and leaving little for myself, family and friends. There were also some very domineering personalities in my department, and being somewhat conflict averse, I was becoming withdrawn. My confidence was knocked and I'd started doubting and questioning myself.
Through the RTT process and further sessions with Lynda, I've regained confidence in myself and my capabilities, becoming more self-assured in the work environment.
However, along this journey something more profound started to happen and I really started to think hard about what I want to do with the rest of my life. Lynda has really made me stop and question where I'm going, what I'm doing and what I want to achieve. I'd previously been counting down the years until I could retire! Lynda has taught me that when you find your true vocation, work won't feel like work because you are doing something you are passionate about.
I'm now in the process of moving to a great company with a friendly team, a creative role more aligned to what I really enjoy doing, and a culture that encourages continual development combined with proper work/life balance.
Lynda is a great example of someone who practices what they preach, she is fiercely passionate about what she does, providing support and coaching with a genuine, kind-hearted approach....and an occasional kick up the backside when needed!!"
